5xmom, yeap just plain old fried garlic. I think there is no oil also. Typical Thai will eat this with Chillis sauce but for me its ok, I ate it plain.
Jlchannel, this is found in Bangkok. I have not seen such mee in KL.

Wooo, nice green colour. Just garlic? Hmm..the mee must taste good without needing all the other ingredients, huh?
