Anony, it was on a sunday hence there is less car and I wait until there is no cars then I take the picture, hahaha hence its looks deserted but at the back of me there are a lot of local and overseas tourist.
Soo, while u may be correct to say it's a Sunday evening hence so empty... but , the sad ratio of buildings/houses/monie$ spent vs people that actually stay there /use them fully , i couldn't help but to think my tax dollars are not well spent/wasted.
Anony, my view is that we should have a place like PutraJaya. Having residence house there is also a valid idea but building multi million structure and government office might be a waste of tax payer money. We could build a reasonable one instead of extravagant one. My thoughts is that when we reached 2020, KL might be a very overcrowded place. KL is a place which no longer could be improved structurally. Hence by 2020, PutraJaya is ready and suppose to take over KL. A city cannot be fill and "build" overnight, its like wine, it needs time.
