Lilian, is it...oh my sis told me is frog meat...hahaha...When I was small I used to eat it as its the cheaper version compare with Bird nest. As my skin is very bad even until now its bad guess its all in the genes nothing much could help...

I heard shuet kap is frog's vomit during winter. It taste nice though, 'cos I ate quite a lot last time. For the sake of beautiful skin.

Don't think it's frog meat but it tastes really nice when it is cold.
